Call to Action: Expel Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene

For Immediate Action:
Carolina Peace Center is calling on Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to be expelled from Congress. Article 1 Section 5 Clause 2 of the United States Constitution provides that “[e]ach House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member.”
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA-14) is deserving of expulsion. Republicans have a duty and an obligation to American people and US Constitution. Please sign the petition below.
The following is a statement from Muslim Advocates Public Advocacy Director Scott Simpson:
“Marjorie Taylor Greene must be expelled from Congress. Every minute that she remains in office is a minute where André Carson, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, their colleagues and their staff in Congress are in danger. Each day, we learn more about Greene’s recent history of spreading dangerous conspiracy theories, encouraging violence against public officials and making bigoted statements about Muslims, Jews and other marginalized communities. This behavior is an embarrassment to the U.S. Congress and presents a real danger to the people of color who have to walk the same halls with Greene each day.
