March for Our Lives – Raleigh

Amazing march and rally today in Raleigh, North Carolina joining students movement “March for Our Lives” across the nation. Estimated 13,000 came out today to march from downtown Raleigh to Halifax Mall for a rally and speaker’s event. The March for Our Lives Raleigh event was led by teen leaders Lauren Smith and Amber Mitchell along with three local activism groups who organized this inspiring event today – Carolina Peace Center, Indivisible Triangle Daily Call For Action and Mom’s Demand Action for Gun Sense. It was a great honor for Carolina Peace Center to be part of this event.
